Job Title: HR Analytics Faculty – UAE Labour Law Specialist

Location: Candidates based in Kerala,Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated HR Analytics Faculty to deliver online courses in Human Resource Analytics with emphasis on UAE labour laws and compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of faculty experience, a strong understanding of HR data tools, and practical knowledge of UAE employment regulations. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging online lectures and training sessions in HR Analytics, HR metrics, and UAE labour law topics
• Design and update course content, assessments, and case studies based on current HR trends and UAE regulations
• Mentor and guide students in academic projects, assignments, and practical applications
• Participate in curriculum development and regular faculty discussions
• Stay updated with trends in analytics tools and UAE employment law

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of faculty or teaching experience in HR or related areas (UAE experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and its application in HR scenarios
• Knowledge of HR analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
