HR Analyst

As an HR Analyst at our Chennai location, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Your role will involve preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership with actionable recommendations and using predictive analytics to forecast workforce trends and attrition rates. You will collaborate closely with HRBP, talent acquisition, and other stakeholders to propose data-driven solutions and integrate HR analytics into decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating, implementing, and optimizing HR analytics tools and technologies to ensure efficient and effective analysis of HR data. You will be required to understand and agree on key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives for various HR sub-functions and design visually impactful leadership dashboards. Additionally, you will define KPIs aligned with HR and organizational objectives and utilize advanced data visualization techniques to present complex HR analytics in a clear and concise manner. Furthermore, you will develop a framework for monitoring and measuring the success of HR initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making processes. The minimum qualification for this role is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 2-7 years of experience in HR analytics.
