HR Analyst II

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  interactive dashboards

  and

  visualizations

  using Power BI to support strategic initiatives.
• Extract, analyse, and interpret data from

  Workday

  and other HR systems to generate

  custom reports

  for leadership.
• Perform

  trend analysis

  ,

  headcount tracking

  , and

  workforce metrics

  reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes using

  Advanced Excel

  techniques (e.g., pivot tables, macros, formulas).
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed.

• Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in
