Job Description

Working as part of the HR Shared Services team, you will provide effective and proactive HR support to employees and managers in the Asia Pacific region (India/Asia/Australia).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee life cycle management (Hire to Retire).
  • Manage a variety of HR processes in accordance with regional policies and procedural guidelines (UK/Middle East/North America/Asia Pacific).
  • Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage & Coordinate queries on a Case management tool.
  • Produce standard correspondence to employees & external parties.
  • Liaise with employees, line managers, and other HR colleagues.
  • Work closely with the HR Community and COEs.
  • Proactively contribute to departmental improvements.
  • Support the People Hub team with ad-hoc projects.
  • Audit/Quality Check team members cases.
  • Manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and provide findings to Team Lead/Line manager.
  • Process complex cases/transactions and serve as a backup for the team.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Experience, preferably in an HR Shared Services function supporting UK/Middle East & Africa/US/Canada/Asia Pacific.
  • Preference for candidates with experience and knowledge on Workday and ServiceNow Applications.
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
  • Potential to develop as the team grows.
  • Previous experience in a front-facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable.
  • Flexible to work in multiple shifts.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in HR shared services or a similar environment.
