Description
As a passionate and enthusiastic HR Advisor at Diligent, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to shaping our company culture and supporting our employees throughout their journey. Your role will involve providing expert guidance, support, and proactive solutions to ensure a positive employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing, executing, and documenting APAC HR policies and processes with a focus on operational discipline, reporting, data accuracy, and local compliance requirements. - Assisting in activities related to the annual performance management cycle, including merit, promotion, and compensation reviews, as well as participating in training sessions and providing reporting updates. - Handling basic employee inquiries and general questions regarding policies and practices. - Drafting off-cycle title change, increases, promotion letters, and statement of service letters. - Assisting with ER protocols such as investigations, performance improvement, and policy breaches. - Participating in special HR projects and strategic initiatives to align employees with the business's goals. - Coordinating the onboarding of new employees, both contractors and permanent staff, across the APAC region. - Collaborating with the HR Business Partnering team on engagement initiatives and working closely with others to provide support. - Maintaining employee data changes within Oracle and ServiceNow (HRIS Systems). - Assisting in reporting HR metrics to measure success and performing regular reporting and tracking activities. - Providing exemplary customer service by answering employee questions, providing information, and referring them to appropriate staff. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of related HR experience. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all audience levels. - Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially in Excel. - A warm, professional, and engaging disposition. - Analytical and results-focused mindset with strong multitasking abilities. - Comfort working independently as well as in a team setting. - An accountability mindset for oneself and others.
