As an HR Administrator in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for managing employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of HR procedures. Your role will be crucial in collaborating with leadership to enhance the overall employee experience. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining employee records and HR databases, assisting in recruitment by scheduling interviews, managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, and providing general HR administrative support. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative position, have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, be familiar with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, and demonstrate a proactive and service-oriented mindset. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
