You will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and monitoring systems for facilities and administration to ensure smooth functioning of the facilities and good working conditions for employees. This includes managing staff and logistics (both internal and 3rd party) to support the company's operations. You will also work closely with unit managers to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations by the factories. Your role will involve supporting the smooth relocation of employees and facilitating their easy settlement into the organization. Additionally, you will be in charge of providing and maintaining good work conditions for employees, which includes overseeing facilities such as travel arrangements and canteen services.
