Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws through administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • * Coordinate office administration tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • * Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 3-5 years of experience in HR & Admin role.
  • * Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field (B.B.A/ B.M.S).
  • * Proficiency in Admini software for managing administrative tasks.
  • * Strong understanding of complian procedures for maintaining regulatory requirements.
