The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee records, while also managing administrative tasks and supporting basic accounts functions like maintaining petty cash, vendor bills, and documentation. Prior experience in real estate or infra-related companies is highly preferred, along with strong organizational skills, familiarity with HR software, and basic accounting knowledge.
