Job Description

As an HR & Admin Executive, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining employee attendance records and leave tracking. - Handling onboarding and offboarding formalities, including documentation, induction, and exit processes. - Supporting salary processing by collating attendance and leave data. - Overseeing office utilities and administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations. - Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. - Coordinating with various departments to support HR and administrative requirements. - Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 12 years of experience in HR/Admin roles. - Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
