Job Description

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, documents).
  • Handle employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/HR software.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • dentify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Maintain sales data using CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing communication (emails, calls, visitors).
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and complies with safety protocols.
  • Assist senior management in daily administrative tasks and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,291.71 - ₹44,291.00 per month
