Job Description

As an important member of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks and office management duties. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues, overseeing office supplies, equipment, and vendor management, managing office facilities, maintenance, and housekeeping activities, maintaining administrative files, records, and documentation, as well as supporting in organizing events, meetings, and office activities. To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with HRMS systems will be beneficial, along with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with 1-3 years of experience preferred. This is a full-time position that requires fluency in English. The work location is in-person, where your contributions will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the HR and office management tasks.,
