HR & Admin Assistant - Female Candidates Only

Job Description: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
• Handle day-to-day office administration, including filing, correspondence, and document management.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and event planning.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for internal use.
• Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support HR and operational teams in routine tasks as required.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.

Candidate Requirement:

• Female candidate, preferably 28–30 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, executive assistance, or office coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently under deadlines.

Professional demeanor with discretion and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
