Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical assistance to Semiconductor design engineers and EDA/CAD team
Management of EDA license servers, job queuing systems, and engineering simulation tools
System administration tasks such as performance monitoring, tuning, license server management, user account management
Troubleshooting complex problems related to OS (Linux) system administration and scheduler management
Deployment of solutions to resolve customer-blocking issues

Requirements:

8+ years in EDA/CAD Unix system administration in the semiconductor industry (preferably)
Proficiency in Perl, Shell, Python, etc.
Experience with EDA tools, license management, and job schedulers like SLURM, LSF
Good interpersonal and written communication skills (English language proficiency)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with minimal supervision
24/7 availability during certain product development cycle phases
