Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeping Supervisor, located in moradabad uttarpradesh. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, ensure adherence to cleanliness standards, maintain equipment, and monitor facility upkeep. The role includes supervising staff, assigning tasks, inspecting work quality, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a well-kept environment.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills to manage housekeeping staff effectively.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and facility operations to ensure smooth functionality.
• Experience in facility management (FM) and an understanding of best cleaning practices.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Ability to organize workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet cleanliness standards.
• Relevant certifications in housekeeping or facility management are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or multiplex environment is a plus.
