About the Role

We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Surat. This role is open to both male and female candidates. As part of our housekeeping team, you will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Make beds, replace linens, and restock toiletries and supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Safely collect and dispose of trash and waste.
• Report maintenance issues or lost-and-found items promptly.
• Assist with laundry and linen management when required.
• Provide support during high-occupancy periods and handle special requests.

Requirements

• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Honest, punctual, and well-presented with a positive attitude.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi; Gujarati or English will be an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
