Housekeeping Trainer

Job Summary: The Housekeeping Trainer is responsible for developing, conducting, and evaluating training programs to ensure all housekeeping staff deliver high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality. The trainer ensures that all team members are well-trained in standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety, guest service, and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement training plans for new and existing housekeeping staff. Conduct induction and on-the-job training sessions covering cleaning techniques, chemical usage, equipment handling, and safety standards. Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to company SOPs and hygiene regulations. Assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date training records and prepare monthly training reports. Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Conduct refresher training sessions on guest interaction, grooming, and departmental updates. Monitor daily operations to ensure procedures are correctly followed. Assist in developing new SOPs and improving existing ones. Promote teamwork, motivation, and a positive work environment among staff. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or training role. Excellent knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety practices, and quality standards. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to train and motivate staff at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy (MS Office, training software preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
