Job Overview:

✓ Conduct onboarding and induction training for new service partners.

July 2024 September 2025

✓ Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, chemicals, hygiene, and

safety protocols.

Ensure strict adherence to Company's SOPs and quality standards through refresher sessions and audits.

✓ Collaborate with category managers and operations teams to address skill gaps and update training content.

✓ Monitor service partner performance and provide targeted re-training where required.

✓ Maintain training reports, feedback, and performance improvement records.
