The responsibilities of Student Enrolment Anchor and Mobilizer will be as follows: Building New Partnerships (NGO, Colleges, Institutions, Govt Bodies etc) & mapping potential regions and communities suitable for mobilization in the identified locations Responsible for sourcing the candidates as per SAATHIYA criteria. He/She will be specifically responsible for counselling & mobilizing the trainees. This includes counselling of parents and partner NGO person as well to ensure all stakeholders are on the same page in terms of career plan for the youth He/She shall generate awareness about the training program, involving community and family during mobilization to ensure quality enrolment. Share the Daily Activity Report in the format as desired by the Management. Ensure the proper document collection for the candidates sourced Ensure the Sourcing life cycle starting from sourcing coordination to interview level to selection level announcement to joining level to document submission level.
