Housekeeping Supervisor

As a House Keeping Supervisor at Vikram Hospital, Madurai, your primary role will involve monitoring and controlling all House Keeping activities within the hospital. You will be responsible for properly scheduling the duties of the HK staff, Ward Boys, and Ayahs. Regular training sessions will need to be conducted for your staff on cleaning procedures, waste management, and other relevant House Keeping issues. It will be essential for you to continuously monitor the performance of your team, moving around the hospital to identify problem areas and provide assistance to patients when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and control all House Keeping activities within the hospital. - Schedule duties of HK staff, Ward Boys, and Ayahs effectively. - Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning, waste management, and related House Keeping topics. - Continuously monitor staff performance and address any issues promptly. - Support the MRD technician as and when required. - Update daily HK checklist and ensure necessary actions are taken. - Assist in photocopying and mailing processes. - Foster a culture of belongingness and integrity among the team. - Participate in HR Training programs regularly. - Fulfill any other responsibilities assigned by the management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Female candidates only.
