Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Management: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Staff Training & Development: Conduct onboarding and ongoing training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain operational efficiency.
Scheduling: Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and smooth workflow.
Inventory Management: Track and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed while staying within budget.
Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of rooms, corridors, and public areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest complaints and service requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance teams to report and resolve issues related to fixtures or equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years in housekeeping or a related field; supervisory experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and inventory control practices.
