Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities -

• Supervising room attendants, laundry staff, and janitors
• Inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness and upkeep
• Coordinating daily housekeeping schedules and assigning tasks
• Ensuring housekeeping supplies and inventory are maintained
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Training new staff and monitoring performance

Required Skills -

• Eye for detail and cleanliness
• Team supervision and task delegation
• Basic inventory and stock control
• Communication with front office and maintenance teams
• Basic record-keeping and reporting (manual or on property management system

Qualifications -

1. Educational Background (any of the following):

• 10th or 12th pass (minimum)
• Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping / Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory if experienced)

2. Work Experience:

• 3–5 years in housekeeping operations
• 1–2 years as a Senior Housekeeping Staff or Team Leader
• Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
