Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, strong work distribution skills, and the ability to effectively handle and apply cleaning chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily operations.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the property.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of cleaning practices, safety procedures, and chemical handling.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Facilities: Food, Uniform, Staff Room
