Job Summary:
La Nature Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene and comfort while leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and ensure quality control.
• Train and guide housekeeping personnel on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and amenities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk departments for timely resolution of housekeeping-related issues.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping policies, procedures, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Address guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and staff attendance schedules.
• Assist in planning staff rosters and managing workload efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software (preferred).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
