Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage housekeeping operations across client sites. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading housekeeping staff, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas.
Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules of housekeeping staff.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and company policies.
Maintain housekeeping checklists, attendance, and duty rosters.
Manage cleaning materials, inventory, and request replenishments when needed.
Report maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, damages) to the Facility/Operations Manager.
Handle client requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure staff follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,854.99 - ₹21,971.41 per month
