Housekeeping Supervisor

• Manages housekeeping staff
• Daily operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization across a hotel.
• Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, training staff, inspecting work for quality, managing inventory and supplies, handling guest requests, and enforcing safety protocols to meet set standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and order.
• Ensure staff adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and the front desk, for seamless operations.
