Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kasauli for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff, coordinating daily housekeeping operations, and ensuring all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. The role includes supervising laundry services, handling customer service inquiries related to housekeeping, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage and motivate a team
Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
