Housekeeping Supervisor

Specific responsibilities include:

• Supervising and Training Staff:Assigning tasks, creating schedules, providing training on cleaning procedures, and offering guidance and support to housekeeping staff.
• Maintaining Cleanliness and Standards:Conducting regular inspections of rooms and public areas, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards.
• Managing Inventory and Supplies:Monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed, and ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Handling Guest Requests and Complaints:Addressing guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring Safety and Compliance:Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Administrative Tasks:May include preparing reports, managing employee time and attendance, and handling other administrative duties related to the housekeeping department.
• Collaboration with other Departments:Working with other departments, such as maintenance or front desk, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Problem Solving:Addressing any operational challenges or issues that may arise within the housekeeping department.
• Inventory Management:Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
• Staff Development:Motivating and mentoring team members, fostering a positive work environment, and providing opportunities for professional growth.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
