About the Role

We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented, and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure the property maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing teams, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the housekeeping team across all assigned areas

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and back-of-house

• Prepare duty rosters, assign tasks, and track staff productivity

• Ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules

• Manage inventory of supplies, linen, and equipment; raise requisitions when needed

• Train staff on cleaning processes, grooming standards, safety norms, and service quality

• Handle guest/resident requests, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and room readiness

• Maintain updated records: attendance, checklists, stock registers, inspection reports

• Ensure continuous compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards

  Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory)

  • 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational abilities

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Sheets) is an added advantage
