Housekeeping Supervisor

Dass Continental, a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, is known for its premium hospitality and guest comfort. We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Role Overview:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff in daily operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping associates for improved performance.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, inventory, and stock control.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
• Report maintenance issues to the engineering team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a 4-star hotel, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and housekeeping procedures.
• Ability to manage a team and handle guest interactions professionally.

Pay: ₹11,845.89 - ₹23,958.37 per month
