Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist located in Chennai. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in clients homes, performing tasks such as laundry, and ensuring high standards of hygiene. Additionally, the role involves engaging with clients to understand their specific needs, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to participate in and follow Training programs and protocols
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high hygiene standards
• Experience in a similar role or in the home services industry is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
