Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist located in Kochi. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the resort, managing laundry services, and ensuring rooms and public areas are well-kept. Additional tasks include restocking supplies, reporting any maintenance issues, and providing excellent customer service to guests. Training new staff members in housekeeping duties may also be required. Qualifications Skills in Housekeeping and Laundry management Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Training staff in housekeeping duties Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
