Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Housekeeping Specialist. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for performing general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry. The specialist will also provide high-quality customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and follow training procedures to ensure the best service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry tasks
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to adhere to training guidelines and procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
