We are a fast-growing startup in the student housing and hostel sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and scaling up to 4,000 beds by December 2025. Clean, safe, and well-managed facilities are core to our operations, and we are seeking dedicated leaders to manage our housekeeping teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Lead to oversee housekeeping operations across assigned hostels. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness standards, managing supplies, and maintaining hygiene protocols for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties.
• Ensure all rooms, common areas, and facilities are kept clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor housekeeping checklists and daily cleaning schedules.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
• Inspect rooms and facilities regularly to ensure high standards are met.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to the operations team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience (hostel, hotel, PG, or hospitality industry preferred).
• Experience in supervising housekeeping staff.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if required.
