Responsibilities

Clean rooms: Vacuum, dust, polish, and make beds in guest rooms
Clean public areas: Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and other public areas
Replenish supplies: Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies in rooms
Inspect rooms: Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards
Respond to guest requests: Attend to guest requests promptly
Report damage: Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms or areas to a supervisor
Maintain equipment: Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness
Provide customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests
