Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas as per hotel standards.
  

• Replenish guest amenities, towels, and linen.
  

• Report maintenance issues or inventory shortages immediately.
  

• Handle lost and found items responsibly.
  

• Coordinate with Front Office and Laundry teams for room readiness.
  

• Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely.
  

• Respond courteously to guest requests and assist with service requirements.
  

• Maintain cleanliness records and follow all hygiene and safety protocols.
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping (preferably in 3-star or 4-star properties).
  

• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
  

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  

• Prior experience at branded hotels preferred.
