Housekeeping Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Room Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Guest Requests: Address and fulfill guest requests promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Training & Development: Provide training to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to address maintenance issues and ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective staff coordination and guest interaction.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify cleanliness issues and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing and resolving guest complaints and operational challenges efficiently.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items, and standing for extended periods.
