Job Description::

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Executive to oversee the housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance in all areas of the property and lead a team of housekeeping staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage housekeeping staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Handle inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address guest or client complaints regarding housekeeping promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Executive or similar role in hospitality or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
