Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms, public areas, and operational spaces, including the caf and convention centre.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning & Hygiene Standards

• Ensure rooms, event areas, and caf are cleaned and maintained as per SOPs.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints related to cleanliness.
• Follow and complete deep cleaning schedules without deviation.

2. Laundry & Linen Management

• Maintain timely cleaning and stocking of linen, towels, and staff uniforms.
• Ensure minimal damage or loss of linen through careful handling.
• Promptly report any shortages or inventory gaps in linen.

3. Public Area Maintenance (Convention Center & Caf)

• Clean and maintain event halls, restrooms, and other public/common areas as per the cleaning schedule.
• Ensure no pending or overdue cleaning tasks remain.
• Monitor and replenish essential supplies (e.g., hand soap, tissue, sanitizer) in all public areas.

4. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Comply with all internal hygiene regulations and external safety standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and store them as per guidelines.
• Report and prevent any safety hazards or incidents during housekeeping operations.

5. Inventory & Supplies Management

• Maintain adequate stock of cleaning and housekeeping supplies.
• Restock materials in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
• Provide accurate and regular reports on stock levels and usage.
