Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant position at Baywatch Resort, Goa involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces within the hotel. Your role is crucial in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests, requiring attention to detail, excellent time management, and a commitment to cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replacing amenities, stocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms, as well as handling laundry and linen. In terms of guest service, you will need to respond promptly to guest requests, maintain guest privacy, and ensure guest satisfaction with room cleanliness. Managing supplies efficiently, notifying supervisors of maintenance issues, adhering to health and safety standards, and following established safety protocols are also key aspects of the role. Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous housekeeping experience being an advantage. Essential skills include attention to detail, efficiency in a fast-paced environment, good communication, and basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods, as well as working in various environmental conditions.
