Housekeeping Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring a fresh supply for guests.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.

Experience

• Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, particularly in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning techniques is an advantage.
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this position.
