Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment for guests, residents, or staff. This role is essential in ensuring a positive and comfortable experience by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and/or guest rooms
• Replace linens, towels, and restock amenities as needed
• Ensure all rooms and common areas meet company cleanliness standards
• Handle reasonable guests or resident complaints/requests professionally
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or issues
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Work efficiently and with minimal supervision
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift, push, and pull up to [X] lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
