Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction at Wedcation by Tivoli.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following hotel standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, and amenities as required.
• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in an orderly manner.
• Assist in laundry operations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
