Job Title: Housekeeping Associate Location: Wedcation by Tivoli Department: Housekeeping Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager Job Summary: The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction at Wedcation by Tivoli . Key Responsibilities: Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following hotel standards. Replenish linens, towels, and amenities as required. Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of assigned areas. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in an orderly manner. Assist in laundry operations as needed. Ensure adherence to hotel policies and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment, is an advantage. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic communication skills in English and Hindi. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
