Housekeeping Assistant

Responsibilities

1. Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to the highest standards
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a spotless environment

2. Public Area Upkeep

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in lobbies, corridors, and common areas
• Ensure all guest-facing spaces remain tidy, pleasant, and welcoming

3. Laundry & Linen Care

• Wash, iron, and fold linens and towels
• Ensure timely delivery of fresh linens to all guest rooms

4. Inventory & Supplies

• Monitor housekeeping supplies and restock as required
• Report low inventory or maintenance issues to the supervisor

5. Guest Service

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Maintain professionalism and hospitality in every interaction

6. Health & Safety

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance concerns immediately

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Good communication and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties and operate equipment
