Job Title: Housekeeping Staff

Location: Bhubaneswar Raj path & Patia

Reporting To: Housekeeping staff / House keeping Executive ( Male & Female Both candidate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in all guest rooms, public areas, and service zones of the hotel. The role requires maintaining high standards of presentation and service to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas as per hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, restock guest amenities, and ensure proper room setup.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting of assigned areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items immediately to the supervisor.
• Handle and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists as assigned.
• Ensure guest privacy, security, and satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain proper hygiene and grooming as per hotel policy.
• Support in laundry, deep cleaning, and special event setups when required.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–2 years in hotel housekeeping (freshers may also apply).
• Skills:
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Time management and teamwork.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior.

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based duty, including weekends and holidays.
• Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods may be required.
