Job Summary:

Altruist Group of Hotels is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Houseman to support our housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel premises. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in housekeeping or related roles, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist housekeeping staff with the daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas
• Collect and deliver linen, towels, and other supplies to and from housekeeping storage
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas such as service corridors and storage rooms
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow hotel standards and procedures for health, safety, and hygiene
• Support other departments when required to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping or similar roles
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting, moving, and long hours on foot
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment
