Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu. Take and process customer orders accurately. Handle customer feedback with a positive attitude. Product Preparation: Prepare and serve desserts, beverages, and specialty items as per Snowberry’s recipes and presentation standards. Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency of products. Operations & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the store, including counters, equipment, and dining areas. Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols. Assist with stock management, refilling ingredients, and reporting shortages. Cash Handling: Operate POS system and handle billing transactions accurately. Manage cash/UPI payments responsibly. Teamwork: Support colleagues during peak hours. Follow manager’s instructions and contribute to a positive work environment. Requirements & Skills Previous experience in F&B/retail preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices. Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours. Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit. Work Environment Fast-paced dessert outlet. Requires standing for long hours and handling equipment.
