Job Description – Hotel Staff Position Hotel Staff (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, or General Duty) ✅  Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in a courteous, professional manner. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Manage room reservations and ensure smooth guest stay. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of hotel premises (rooms, lobby, restaurant, corridors). Serve food and beverages in restaurant, room service, or banquet areas, following hygiene and safety standards. Handle guest complaints or requests in a prompt and friendly way. Ensure all hotel facilities (elevators, air-conditioning, lighting) are functioning properly, report issues, and assist maintenance team when needed. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Maintain inventory of hotel supplies and report shortages to supervisors. Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless operations. Process billing and payments accurately. 🎯  Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional attitude. Good problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge (for reservation systems, billing software). Ability to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays). Attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to stand for long hours and handle physical tasks (especially for housekeeping). 🌟  Preferred Qualities Politeness and patience. Multilingual skills (English + local language). Ability to handle stressful situations. Team player with positive attitude. 📋  Reporting To Hotel Manager / Front Office Manager / Housekeeping Supervisor 🕘  Work Schedule Shift-based (Morning, Evening, Night shifts). 6-day work week (or as per company policy).
