WOW STAYZ2 is a growing boutique hotel & resort chain with properties across India’s most loved leisure destinations. We’re building a brand rooted in warmth, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality, and now we need a strong sales lead to drive our growth story forward.

This role is for someone who understands the business side of hospitality, from travel agent partnerships and corporate tie-ups to driving direct bookings and managing key accounts. Someone who can build revenue pipelines, open new markets, and create win-win collaborations while keeping our brand values intact.


Who We’re Looking For

A driven, resourceful sales professional with a strong network in the travel and hospitality space, someone who knows how to build trust, close deals, and make things happen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B and B2C sales across all properties; travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and direct guests
  • Build and manage relationships with travel partners, corporates, and wedding/event planners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Handle negotiations, proposals, and the closing of high-value deals
  • Work closely with marketing to run campaigns, offers, and promotions
  • Track sales performance and provide regular revenue reports to leadership
  • Act as the brand ambassador of WOW STAYZ2 in every conversation


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on sales experience in the hospitality/hotel industry
  • Strong industry network, travel agents, corporates, DMCs, event planners, and OTA partners
  • Deep understanding of hospitality revenue models and seasonality
  • Great communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple properties
  • Someone who brings energy, ideas, and ownership, not just numbers
