As a Receptionist at our company, your role involves welcoming guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations through various channels, such as walk-ins, calls, online bookings, and emails. You will also need to coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and service requests, ensuring the reception area is tidy, professional, and welcoming.
